Cancellation Policy

All bookings with Valentine Coaching & Consulting are non-refundable after 24hrs. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or reschedule requests made under 24 hours may incur a $25 fee. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Coaching is a growth-focused service and is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care. By booking, you acknowledge that you are emotionally and mentally stable enough to participate and that you will seek licensed professional support if needed. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. You agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. The coach is not liable for any outcomes, choices, or changes you make during or after coaching. All materials, tools, and content provided are the intellectual property of Valentine Coaching & Consulting and may not be copied, shared, or distributed. Sessions are confidential except in cases of risk of harm or when required by law. The coach reserves the right to discontinue services if the relationship becomes misaligned, unsafe, or outside the scope of coaching. Unused sessions remain non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
