At Valentine Coaching and Consulting, my mission is to guide individuals into clarity, confidence, and alignment so they can walk boldly into their Godly given identity and purpose. I believe transformation begins when people understand who they are, what they carry, and the assignment God has placed on their lives. Through faith centered coaching, intentional conversations, and practical strategy, I help clients break through limiting beliefs, heal deeply, and step into the fullness of who they were created to be.

Hello
I'm Kayan, the founder of Valentine Coaching and Consulting, and my heart for this work comes from walking through my own seasons of healing, identity restoration, and rediscovering purpose. With a background in Leadership and Psychology, and years of lived experience navigating transformation with God, I've learned that clarity and confidence are built from the inside out. I don't coach from theory; I coach from testimony. I know what it feels like to be broken open, rebuilt, and called higher. My "yes" to this work is a response to God's invitation to help others rise into who they were created to be. Today, I guide individuals through the same journey I have lived; healing what hurt, reclaiming identity, and stepping boldly into purpose with emotional intelligence, spiritual grounding, and practical tools for real change.
